I had the opportunity to sell one of the finest homes ever been sold in the Winnipeg real estate market. This home has won an award to be the Best Architectural home and was featured in some of the magazines for the renovations which were completed over the years and was in one of the best neighbourhood in Winnipeg "Tuxedo". Tuxedo is Winnipeg’s premier luxury neighbourhood. Sprawling mansions, lush greenery and gorgeous character homes are found in this upscale area. In the early 1900s Tuxedo was originally conceived as “Tuxedo Park”, an exclusive residential suburb. The area features an abundance of amenities nearby such as, Assiniboine Park, Assiniboine Zoo, Tuxedo Golf Course, Costco, Ikea, and the new Seasons of Tuxedo just to name a few. I was honoured when Jordan's decision to give me the opportunity to list and market their home and help them make the next move in their lives.

Moving to another country where you have never been in your life, can make anyone nervous if they are not well prepared. On top if it, when you are welcomed by first snow of the season (15th Nov) on landing at Pearson Airport, you are sure that it isn’t going to be easy. The basic components to survive are food, clothing, housing - out which first two could be sorted but the 3rd one “housing” is a hard nut to crack when you are new to the country. I read through many articles before preparing the move and getting house/apartment on rent for a newcomer was a known challenge. And somewhere in-between, I came in touch with Amit Bindra (AmitBindra.ca) through family. He was available from the moment we had our first call, to advise or suggest on each and everything. Being lived in Canada for 14+ years, he had loads of experience in getting around and making things work. He took up the task to get us a rental property in and around Toronto which suits our needs. He introduced us to Jessica Twaddle, in Markham to show us some properties that were shortlisted. Jessica and Amit drove us around to show the different properties and discussed pros/cons for all. They had an honest opinion about all, which helped us in finalizing a place to rent. Jessica and Amit were on the task and they were able to get the lease agreed by 27th November. We highly recommend Amit as a professional agent. He is using unique method of searching houses that made us so glad to have a business with him. Most agents send daily emails that they contain all different houses. They try to sell those houses which they are not of your interest and you don’t feel comfortable with those agents. However Amit always try his best to find your dream houses based on your budget. He never forces his idea for any cases and tries to give advice about advantage and disadvantage of the house. We didn’t have any stress during our home purchase because we knew Amit is very responsible and put his effort to introduce the best option to us. Don’t lose your chance to have a business with him.

After living in numerous cities and dealing with a large amount of real estate agents it was an absolute thrill to work with Amit. We met Amit at an open house in south pointe and after 20 minutes i couldn't wait to work with him.
